What this website is
HolaRoom is software for hotels, hostels and holiday rentals: guest pages opened from QR codes and NFC cards, a shop for extras, guest requests and feedback, and an admin for the hotel's team. It is sold to businesses only, under a contract agreed with each customer.
The guest pages are published by each hotel, which is responsible for what they say and for the products and services it offers on them.
Intellectual property
The software, its design, the HolaRoom name and logo belong to [Razón social] or are used with permission. Texts, photos and logos that hotels upload belong to them.
Liability
We work to keep the service available and correct, but we can't guarantee it will be free of interruptions or errors. We are not responsible for content published by hotels or for websites linked from the service.
Law and courts
Spanish law applies. Unless a contract with a customer says otherwise, disputes go to the courts of the city of our registered address.
